Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund.

Further consequences depend on the type of service/content acquired:

a) Paid services and time-limited content (Repetico PRO, Repetico for instructors, card sets and eBooks rented or leased for a limited period)

If you have requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you will owe us a reasonable amount based on the services already provided by us until the moment you informed us of your withdrawal, in proportion to the total services provided for in the contract.

b) Permanently acquired digital content (permanently purchased card sets and eBooks)

Your right of withdrawal will be lost if we have begun to provide the digital content after you have expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the withdrawal period has expired and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
