How can I revoke my order or purchase?

 

When ordering or buying via our webshop:

You can revoke your contract agreement within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (for example via email, letter). The period begins after receipt of the cancellation policy in textform via email, but not before the download of the products (or the receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient.

How long does it take to get the card set?

This depends on which kind of payment was used. If you have successfully paid by Paypal or by credit card, your card set will be unlocked immediately. If you have paid by bank transfer, your set of cards / card sets will be unlocked after we received the money.

How long does it take to activate the PRO account after purchase?

After purchasing a PRO account it will also be unlocked immediately. However, we have a little peculiarity that you should keep in mind when you have selected bank transfer as a payment option:

When purchasing a Repetico PRO account and paying by bank transfer, we will activate your PRO account for five days in the first run, so you can use it immediately. If we do not receive the payment within the next five days, the PRO account will continue to be unlocked for the purchased duration. If the money does not reach us within the five days, the account will be switched back to the free account. If the money should arrive after the five days of bridging, your PRO account will be reactivated.

When will I get my money back if I cancel?

If it is an order that is based on a successful payment, you will get your money back on the originally chosen payment method. The duration varies between PayPal (5 business days), credit card (5-10 business days) and bank transfer (5-10 business days).

In which cases don't I get any money refunded?

When ordering or buying via our webshop:

If it is an order where the payment was not successful, no money will be refunded. Only the order will be canceled. Maybe your account was not covered, you did not transfer or there were technical problems with the payment transaction.

When ordering or buying from Apple Store or Google Playstore:

If the purchase was made through the Apple App Store, please contact the Apple Support Team.

 If the purchase was made through the Google Playstore, please contact the Google Playstore Support Team.

I bought a set of cards, but I still do not have access - what can I do?

When you bought via Web: Please contact service@repetico.com and include your order number.

Purchase via app: Please contact service@repetico.com and include your order number and your original receipt

Purchase via third party: Please contact service@repetico.com and enter your order number or coupon number and email address with which you have registered with.

I have a question about the contents of a set of cards or an index card - who should I contact?

Please contact the respective publisher and send a link of the relevant set of cards or the index card, so that they can understand what exactly it is wrong and correct it if it is needed.

I have bought several sets of index cards and now I want to cancel a part of them. What can I do?

Please cancel your entire order and order he product you need.

I have problems buying via PayPal and placed multiple orders - what should I do now?

Just send us the order numbers of the orders or purchases you would like to cancel.

Purchased publisher card sets are copyrighted content of authors. The following actions cannot be done because of copyright:

- share with others

- copy out content (not even as JSON or XML)

- export

- print

- delete categories
